The SOAP Gathering 2025 features many of the musicians who helped create the “Sounds of Asbury Park.” Doc Holiday (who organized this SOAP gathering) began rocking Asbury in the ’60s with Jaywalkers and the great Johnny Shaw (RIP). At the age of 92, Doc is still a top Nashville producer and has asked his Asbury SOAP friends to join him for a special SOAP gathering at the Wonder Bar. Unfortunately, due to health concerns Doc will not be performing. Confirmed performers include Vini Lopez & the Wonderful Winos (will kick off the live music at 6:45), Stormin Norman Seldin, Leon Trent, Nicky Addeo, Nikki Addeo Jr, Stilletto & the Saxman, Pam McCoy, Jobonanno, Meagan Solomon and many more! Proceeds from this Event support – Sunflowers for Soldiers.
