The Asbury Park Boardwalk is thrilled to welcome an eclectic mix of new tenants to the boardwalk for the 2024
summer season. Along with the expansion of McLoone’s to open AP Rooftop, we are excited about the recent
renovations to reopen the 4th Avenue Pavilion and give opportunity to budding entrepreneurs, small business
owners, and creatives who will be the inaugural tenants for the 2024 season. Once the pavilion opens for business
in May, we will partner with our local public arts non-profit, Wooden Walls Project, to curate wall-to-wall murals
around the entire outside of the building, creating experiences for visitors not only inside, but outside as well.
Locals and visitors will have the opportunity to engage with more public art along the boardwalk as 4th Avenue
becomes another creative backdrop, photo opportunities, and cultural destination for all.

AP Rooftop
McLoones Restaurant Group is opening a new concept, AP Rooftop. The concept is a coastal Mediterranean type
fair including fresh made pizzas, salads, seafood and a plethora of small plates for all. The space will also service
the much anticipated Arthur Pryor Bandshell which will be programmed throughout the summer.

Local favorite and world-renowned Wooden Walls Project artist, Michael LaVallee, also known as Porkchop, will
take over a space in 4th Avenue Pavilion and create an immersive art experience: part studio space + art shop +
gallery + workshop = The Art Spot.

Philly Pretzel Factory brings hand-twisted, fresh-baked Philadelphia-style soft pretzels to the Asbury Park
Boardwalk. Philly Pretzel Factory will be offering buckets of rivets (mini pretzels) for the beach, large pretzel
twists, hot dog pretzels and cinnamon rivets. In addition, we also offer party trays for large parties.
