To Our Valued Asbury Park Boardwalk Community:

These are challenging times, and the illness spreading globally will impact us all in various capacities, including socially and economically as well as physically.  But the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and of the community at large, must be our top priority.  Effective immediately we are temporarily closing venues along the Asbury Park waterfront, which include The Stone Pony, Wonder Bar, Convention Hall, and Paramount Theatre. This temporary closing also encompasses the Grand Arcade (the pass-through located between the Paramount Theatre and Convention Hall) and its retailers, restaurants and public restrooms. For all other establishments along the boardwalk, please refer to that business’ website and social platforms for their policies and updates.

We appreciate the loyalty of the millions of visitors who come to our shows, dine in our restaurants and attend our many events.  We will be closely monitoring developments and the efforts to contain this pandemic and will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.  Until then, stay healthy.

EVENT INFORMATION

In the event of a show cancellation, ticket refunds can be obtained at original point of purchase. For more information, please visit: https://livemu.sc/2vQAUhc.

If your event was rescheduled, we are working with the event organizer to identify new dates, and we will contact you as soon as we have confirmation. At that time, if you have any questions or concerns, you’ll be able to reach out to Ticketmaster Fan Support for assistance. If your event’s organizer is offering refunds for a rescheduled event, this option will be visible under the event in your Ticketmaster account.

Please note that given the unprecedented circumstances, event organizers are constantly assessing the situation and making determinations regarding refunds. If your event is not currently enabled for refunds, check back later, as this status may change.

If you purchased tickets in-person at The Stone Pony, please note that The Stone Pony box office is currently closed. If you have a question about tickets purchased for an event at the Paramount Theatre, Convention Hall, The Stone Pony or Wonder Bar please send inquiries to boxofficequestions@gmail.com. They will do their best to assist you any way they can.
