The 2010 Asbury Park Boardwalk Health and Fitness Challenge

Posted on: 02/08/2010

We had a great turnout for our kick-off of the Asbury Park Boardwalk Health & Fitness Challenge this past Sunday.  We had a full room for celebrity chef Diane Henderiks Nutrition 101 class where she taught us about the basic nutrients that fuel our bodies. She’s funny, friendly and informative. It was no simple lecture…lots of question and answer as well. The fitness class, Fitness Boxing with National Silver Gloves Champion, Terry Fisher, also had a great crowd. He led the class through a fun & fast paced program that combined fundamental boxing skills (non-contact) with conditioning drills. Fish (Terry Fisher of Real Elite Training Center) is an amazing instructor…funny, energetic and supportive. They were both so phenomenal!at combines fundamental boxing skills (non-contact) w/basic conditioning & flexibility drills
