Location: 3rd Ave on the Asbury Boardwalk in front of Sea Greens (a healthy and delicious place to eat).
Wednesday 7pm - 8pm
Saturday 8:30am - 9:30am
Cost: $10 a class
Please bring your own mat, towel and water
